Ad Uploads

The launcher page: an overview

Blip's main screen, where every ad launch happens.

The launcher is the heart of Blip. To launch ads, you select the ad account you want to launch into, and all of the preferences you've set up load automatically.

What loads when you select an account

The moment you pick an ad account, the left-hand launch panel fills in with your saved defaults:

  • Your default Facebook and Instagram Page
  • Your default naming conventions
  • Your default ad copy template, with up to five primary text and headline variants
  • Your default landing page link
  • Your default call-to-action button
  • Your default Advantage+ creative enhancements
Note

If nothing loads, the ad account probably hasn't been configured yet. Head to Preferences first — it only takes a few minutes and you never repeat it.

The anatomy of the launcher

Everything you launch is controlled from two areas: the left-hand launch panel (Pages, ad type, copy, naming, landing page, CTA, creative enhancements) and the main upload area where your media and campaign/ad set destinations live. Along the bottom you'll find controls for your upload source, ad status and media handling, and toggles for power features like duplicating existing ads.

A typical launch, end to end

  1. Select your ad account so preferences load.
  2. Choose a campaign and ad set destination (existing, or duplicate a shell for a new one).
  3. Pick your upload source and add media.
  4. Adjust anything in the left panel — ad type, copy, naming, landing page.
  5. Set your ad status (active or paused) and publish.
